Oh, a sweater he said – then okay combination of claret, blue and white .
I had claret in my yarn basket, also white….but blue? I struggled with that one. Finally, trough some difficulty I found just the right tone and the work could begin.
…….avan pesumasina ukse – kuidagi kummaline tundub see kampsun käega katsudes. Ja ohh õudu, kampsunist on saanud hoopis väikese sõdalase kuulikindel raudrüü. Esimest korda elus suutsin asja ära vanutada. Mis edasi……
……soov täitus, lähen siis uuele katsele – hakkan tegema ihaldatud Arrow kampsunit ihaldatud lõngast.
Then it happened, one day this yarn was in my mailbox . The Uncommon Everyday, color Lust. My first thought – ohh man, What a wonderful color I could have done someting different with that…..but the sweater was half way done already.
Next I saw an Arrow Sweater knitted by Maret. My next thouht – ohh man, I should have knitted that, but the sweater was almost done.
And then it was ready. Final touch – into the washing machine,,,with 20 degrees and very economical program. My washing machine is new and I have not used that program yet but I wash my sweaters in the machine all the time.
…..I open the machine door – the sweater feels a bit wierd to touch and the horror – my sweater has turned into an armor for a little warrior, For the first time in my life I was able to shrink the sweater. What now…
…my wish came true, I will do it again – I will knit the Arrow sweater I wanted with the yarn I wanted.
Lõng on võrratu värviga, juba see innustas mind kuduma. Mareti palusin endale vaimseks teejuhiks. No tegelikult ongi kogu kampsun üks suur ümberarvutus.
The yarn has a wonderful color, that inspired me to knit. I asked Maret to be guide, I lloved that knit, of course I had to rip the sweater up, because the yarn was thinner than in instructions, 100g/400m and needles 3mm. I had to recalculate lots of times. Actually this whole sweater is one big conversion. The cables on the back went also to front. I knitted the collar and front bands a few times so I could be happy with the result. I left out white color, because it seemed better without it. But I am extremely happy with the result. I learned few new tricks knitting it.
Tehnilisest poolest:
lõngad – the Uncommon Everyday, 100% superwash merino wool 400m/100g, värv lust ja Väinämöinen, 75% wool 25% polyamid, 400m/100g, värv muste(tint);
kulu – the Uncommon Everyday veidi vähem kui 400g;
vardad 3mm, kontrast-triibu jaoks 4mm.
Suurus peaks mõõtude järgi olema M.
Technical side:
Yarns – the Uncommon Everyday, 100% superwash merino wool 400m/100g, color lust and Väinämöinen, 75% wool 25% polyamid, color ink;
spending – the Uncommon Everyday almost 400g;

It should be a Medium size by the measurements.
